Nature Humaine: A Journey into the Art of Jean‑Paul Bourdier immerses viewers in a vivid, meditative exploration of Bourdier’s world, where painted bodies, natural landscapes, and analog photography merge into a single poetic language celebrating humanity’s evolution and its elemental bond with the earth. The film follows Bourdier's creative process and the deeper human questions embedded in his work—how we inhabit nature, how we see ourselves reflected within it, and how art can illuminate our shared existence. The original score by the Australian band Night Tongue amplifies the film’s emotional resonance, their atmospheric, ritualistic soundscapes guiding the viewer through shifting terrains of wonder, introspection, and celebration.
